Check the ink and make up level, when they are lower, please add in time according to requirements.
Clean and dry the print head, pay attention to the auto cleaning program when turning on & off the printers.
Clean the fan filter regularly.
Clean the installation and fixed device of the photo sensor regularly.
Check the installation and fixed device of the photo sensor & print head regularly.
Check the power supply and ground wire regularly.
Daily Maintenance and Common Faults
The printers are with auto diagnosis function. Customers could find the common faults and solve them via the icon in the screen, working status column or the status reminder in the system menu. You can obtain the parameters from the calibration menu or press key i beside the screen directly, then you could know more about their running status.
How often to clean the noozles?
Normally, if you are going to shut down the printer for over 15 days, remember to remove the nozzle and clean it thoroughly. To be specific, based on the different brands and different model, customers should clean the nozzle according to the printer manual.
Use consumables correctly
The inkjet printer nozzle is very small, its diameter is from 40-70u. Customers has higher requirements on ink diluent, the messages should be dry rapidly, higher adhesion. Using inferior consumables will cause frequent blocking of the nozzle, ink filters & ink circuit, bad drop charging & printing quality as well as the corrosion of machine components.
Ink jet printer has strict requirements on its consumables performance indicators. Such as viscosity, granularity, conductivity, drying time, adhesion, corrosion, PH value. All these should be at certain range. Consumables that are from different factories have different models cant be used universally.
